Winter in Norway
Frits Thaulow · 1886
Why it's great
A small stream runs through a snowy landscape, with the blue and white of winter. Frits Thaulow was a Norwegian painter who loved to paint water, in rivers and streams, often in winter. He painted with a pure and clear touch. It's a lovely view of a Norwegian winter.
