🍎 Still Life & Animals
Still Life with Game Fowl,Vegetables and Fruits
Juan Sánchez Cotán · 1602
Why it's great
A cabbage, a melon, carrots, a duck and a bird hang and sit against a black background, in a window-like frame. Juan Sánchez Cotán painted it in 1602, and the neat curve of the food is a strange, quiet design.
