National Gallery Singapore
The biggest collection of modern Southeast Asian art in the world, in two heritage buildings, the old Supreme Court and City Hall, in the centre of Singapore.
History of the museum
Singapore turned its colonial City Hall and Supreme Court into a museum of Southeast Asian art, and it opened in 2015. The long process included joining the two buildings with a glass-and-steel roof.
