Portrait of the Painter Oda Krohg, b. Lasson
Christian Krohg · 1888
Why it's great
A woman in a red blouse stands confidently with her hands on her hips. Oda Krohg was a painter herself and Christian Krohg's wife, and an important figure in the Kristiania art world. Her husband painted her several times. It's a lively tribute from one artist to another.
