The Blind Leading the Blind

Pieter Brueghel the Elder Β· 1568

Why it's great

Six blind men stumble along a path, and the first has already fallen into a ditch while the others follow. Pieter Bruegel the Elder painted it in 1568, and it is based on a Bible verse, and the details of their faces are painstaking.
